MIYAMAFURUSATO Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred as the “Company”) hereby establishes the basic policy on the protection of personal information as provided below (the “Basic Policy”) together with the framework on protection of personal data within the firm. The Company will promote personal information protection by ensuring all employees recognize the importance of the personal information protection and comply with it.

Management of Personal Information
The Company maintains accuracy and up-to-datedness of personal information of customers and take necessary measures, including maintenance of security system, establishment of control system, conducting thorough employee training etc., in order to prevent unauthorized access to personal data or the leakage, loss or damage of personal data and implement security measures to strictly control personal information.

Purposes of Personal Information Use
The personal information acquired by the Company from customers shall be used for communication purpose only such as sending e-mails or notices or replying inquiries with respect to the individual customer concerned.

Prohibition of Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will not supply any personal information acquired from customers to third parties except as provided below:

• with the consent of the individual customer concerned
• disclosure to the outsourced third party service provider in respect of the service requested by the individual customer concerned.
• if required by law

The Company will take necessary and appropriate measures to ensure accuracy and security of personal information.

Request from the Individual Customer Concerned
If the individual customer wishes to be notified or to correct, delete or otherwise in respect of its personal information, the Company will handle such request after confirming personal identification of such individual customer.

Compliance of Laws and Requlations/Review
The Company observes the applicable laws and other regulations in Japan in respect of the personal information acquired by the Company and continue ongoing review and improvements of the Basic Policy.
